Dr Erik Won, is President and CMO of Wave Neuro, who specialise in brain injuries. He also served as a US Navy Flight Surgeon for Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 268, and received the distinction of serving as the Aviation Combat Element Flight Surgeon for the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit.

Ned Mason is the Director of Operations at Wave Neuroscience. He spent 20 years as a SEAL, including multiple combat tours, and commanded a SEAL Team.
